Nothing special about this, they are asking to developer to do everything development, testing, automation, customer support

Dislikes

... automation, customer support. They call you anytime midnight also for blockers. They never pay for extra support. No appreciation for work you doing

The management carried out two layoffs after promising that they have stopped layoffs this proving they are untrustworthy. The way they treated employees has been terrible. No one should face such an experience.

Dislikes

Work like balance is terrible An employee is expected to be available on weekends, mid nights, and holidays. Product is buggy, we get issues every day, management never took step back and fixed bugs, but engineers are fix bugs in production environment

Securonix is providing good package, but their is no work life balance at all. Also your work includes lots of troubleshooting only due to tremendous bugs in application.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
