Nothing to Like, only Politics. Managers should join Maharashtra politics.

Dislikes

...t - Manager likes Buttering, promotion to relatives and non deserving employees. 2) Salary and compensation - Worst in Market, with overtime not paid. 3) Hiring, Work and corporate culture - Worst I have experienced, relatives are hired without degree or skills to fulfill their jobs. 4) Leadership issues - Team leads and manager are worst in their roles hired. Unable to validate the skilled employees, just promoting the referenced, relatives, etc. 5) Post employment challenges - Delay in FNF, no proper process, you will have to contact 100s of time to get FNF. 6) Unfair benefits and appraisals - Policy is designed user based, and not common policy to all employees. Appraisals depend on your relations in company and not your skills and talent. 7) HR and finance management - No Process and management in HR and Finance department. 8) Work life balance - Bhul jao work life balance, only work no balance in life. you will face health and emotional issues in your relations. 9) Job security - Job security is planned by manager, kisko rakhna aur kisko nikalna, creates pressure to employees to leave the organization. 10) Internal politics - Its not security Company its Politics training company. Freshers will learn about politics and not technology. 11) Work culture - Only work work work and no culture, no value to employees working hard, if you work hard you will get more work. 12) Knowledge sharing - Team leads shares knowledge, if you are their fav. 13) Exit process - 90 days of notice period if you don't have relatives in company, if you have you can be released in 1 week. No EQUALITY towards employees 14) Overall Environment - not to join

✅ The free oxygen—because at least they haven't started charging for that yet. ✅ A great learning experience—if you enjoy learning how to survive in a toxic work environment. ✅ Flexible work culture—in the sense that your work will stretch into every waking hour of your life. ✅ Amazing management—at dodging responsibility and blaming employees for their own failures. ✅ Strong team bonding—because suffering together creates trauma bonding, right?

SecurityHQ: A Cautionary Tale – A Review with a Dash of Humor Let’s be completely honest: my experience at SecurityHQ felt like being cast in a never-ending workplace satire. If you’re into perfecting your office coffee-making skills under pressure, there’s a tiny silver lining. However, if you value genuine career growth and a balanced life, you might want to look elsewhere. The Not-So-Pretty Truth: Excessive Favoritism: Imagine playing career roulette—unless you’re part of the favored circle, your efforts might simply vanish into thin air. Outdated Leadership: Management seems to be stuck in an endless loop of old practices, offering little guidance or fresh ideas. Nonexistent Work-Life Balance: The term “balance” is almost a myth here. Prepare to have your personal time swallowed whole by the job. Questionable Expertise: While the company markets itself as a security expert, both clients and staff often find themselves in the dark about real best practices. Stunted Career Growth: Advancement relies more on flattery than on true merit, making any progress feel like a slow, uphill battle. A Humorous Observation: On the bright side, if you enjoy daily challenges and the thrill of surviving a workplace circus, there’s never a dull moment. But don’t be fooled—a few free cups of coffee aren’t enough to justify the many drawbacks. In short, working at SecurityHQ isn’t just a misstep—it’s a detour you’ll want to avoid if you care about your professional future and well-being.
