Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

After working their for 2 years I can say it is the best place to learn if you are a fresher. Work environment is good

Dislikes

They don’t provide any benefit other than your basic salary not even provident fund, any conveyance, health insurance for their employees (even they are dealing in the same) and other basic benefits which almost all the companies are providing now a days. Their is no outing, not any festival celebration which refreshes the mind of the employees or any any such activity. Even they gave my appointment letter at the time of my resignation. Such things are really sucks otherwise the company is good to work with.
