Company is very good but middle man keep very commission Like- a guard salary 18600 the he now receive 10000 and 1150 pf and 74 esi So guard salary cut by branch and middle man And 10000 how to survive a family man this time

Sis system is very poor and sallary is too little 6500-7500 monthly sallary this time how to survive And administration to much torture and like a animal not give respect for guards

All Saturday's (except 1'st Saturday) off. Salary 10th of every month without fail. On time settlement of dues HR helps once you join to improve your skills Company gives sufficient time to adopt the culture.

...Always track their employees with tracking device, even in sales, operations. 3. Salary in 10th of every month. 4. They claim they are corporate, but actually have Lala culture. 5. Sales people are reporting to operations people. 6. If you are literate person then don't join. 7. In sales department there is no hirerchy of positions, it's just designation. Sales executive is doing same thing (door to door selling) as the VP Sales of the company. Only difference is benifits & salary. How big the designation is, you need to do door to door selling. Overall my experience was so so.
