WHAT I LIKE THE MOST ABOUT IN THIS COMPANY IS THAT TODAY THE WORKER IN THIS COMPANY IS BETWEEN 2 LAKH TO 3 LAKH AND IT IS VERY BIG FAMILY WHICH IS NOT ONLY IN CABLE INDIA BUT ALSO OUT OF INDIA .

Dislikes

I AM WORKING IN SIS COMPANY FOR LAST 4 YEARS BUT IN THESE 4 YEARS HAVE NOT GOT ANY BENEFIT IN SALARY BY THE COMPANY. I AM STILL ON THE SAME LINES AS I STARTED WITH AND THERE WAS NO PROMOTION. LEAVE SALARY DEDUCTION IS SEPARATE.

All Saturday's (except 1'st Saturday) off. Salary 10th of every month without fail. On time settlement of dues HR helps once you join to improve your skills Company gives sufficient time to adopt the culture.

...Always track their employees with tracking device, even in sales, operations. 3. Salary in 10th of every month. 4. They claim they are corporate, but actually have Lala culture. 5. Sales people are reporting to operations people. 6. If you are literate person then don't join. 7. In sales department there is no hirerchy of positions, it's just designation. Sales executive is doing same thing (door to door selling) as the VP Sales of the company. Only difference is benifits & salary. How big the designation is, you need to do door to door selling. Overall my experience was so so.
