- Work planning. - Least work co-ordination between India, and global team. - Most of the common processes like Leave management, Appraisal Management, investment declaration/submission etc. are offline, even after having much capable employees who can develop such tools.

Toxic culture will demotivate you and will decrease your confidence. Feedbacks will be taken but you will never see any change Leadership needs to be improved/change for better.

Good for one who wants to work in an 20 yr old IT company culture and policies. Not employee friendly. Typical Boss type culture .

Dislikes

Management is rude and ignorant about life changes during covid19. Policies are implemented like dictator. No consideration of genuine feedback, even though management accepts the gaps.
