Good place to work as it would be a contractor working in different companies and it depends upon the company we work And this field is mainly for the people who could not study

There is no career growth at all and mainly very very rare cases promotion will come and salary part is not that much satisfied as I got the first month salary delayed and the help from the company is really bad and no proper updates when we request for some update.

Employee benefits like salary is very low. Insurance is not provided by the company, they are type of bureaucratic organization where they work in old /businesses. Every decision is taken by their HQ in gurugram and very limited powers with the senior management in local regional offices. They should improve L&D and also HR function and create value for your employees. Salary is credited after every month on 10-12th which is not at all expected from any global companies.
