... have been working there For a long time don't allow new people to work there. The environment has become very dirty and the management should pay attention to it . But the management is also silent on it.

Securitas brand is the worlds leading company in the industry and they were implementing all the global strategies in India which is driven by HQ. If you want to learn the best in industry with corporate culture , this is right company to work. You will have good exposure by working with leading fortune 500 companies , major global companies are their clients hence you will learn best corporate practices in the industry.

Employee benefits like salary is very low. Insurance is not provided by the company, they are type of bureaucratic organization where they work in old /businesses. Every decision is taken by their HQ in gurugram and very limited powers with the senior management in local regional offices. They should improve L&D and also HR function and create value for your employees. Salary is credited after every month on 10-12th which is not at all expected from any global companies.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
