So many cuts in salary, delays hikes and variable pay is not given frm last 3 years and management favors their language people and promotions also given to them only. Medical Insurance is faurd. Totally stupid company

...manded. Giving bribes to agents and recovering from employees when they leave. Exiting employees need even to pay amount company paid to any third party vendor for hiring. Higher management speaks very rudely to the employees. No support in case of urgent family medical issues even. Very bad working environment. Cheap tricks to get money from employees. No projects. Don’t join Secureyes if you want peace and professional growth.
