Nothing was good, the office was even located in a residential area, and on top of that, the owner of the house would close the gate due to non-payment of his house rent.

The salary was never paid on time, it would come every two months, and even the appraisal happened only once in two years, that too just a meager increase of 150 rupees. I quit the job a year ago, but they still haven't given me my full and final settlement.

Lots of learn from Secure but sometime we need to look our self what we are doing because afterall we all are require some good opportunities and obvious for good earnings

There are so many problems while working there.. They will ask you to pay some amount while you reliving from there.. If you say you won't pay they will file FIR on you, saying that you theft money on the Atm.. Pls don't work here..

There's always delay in salary. Employees are not also getting conveyance reimbursement which is highly demotivating. Increment is also not satisfactory. Being a public ltd company, this kind of management and behaviour towards employees is intolerable. At the time of joining, I was told that I'll get off on 2nd and 4th Saturday but after joining, I was told to work 6 days a week.
