...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is abond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no job security company name is secure but job is not secure basically ground level staff or staff is getting stuck between HOD of company and between clients..... Clients is feels like he is God

In secure parking we have lote of things to learn about customer service, and mall manager as well. In that we have directly intract with customers in various way, and try to solving their problems regarding Parking, there issues in parking area. Secure parking conducted training on regular basis for employees to improve thier skills and services for customers.
