Appraisals are not fair and give very low salary. Nepotism is here, upline do partiality. Once Ratings are defined upline can change and nothing is in the hand of our Boss and manager. Overall bed experience because of financially not satisfied.

Policies driven by Owners are employee friendly. Salary is always paid in time(mostly before 7th of every month) . Owners- The Honorable Singhals consider employee as an important aspect of the organization.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that from my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Sometimes,I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

I have completed my diploma in mechanical but, I working in this elecrical company & mechanical is also relates with elecrical so this experience ia also helpful for my mechanical knowledge. I working in this company for 1 year as field engg. So I have knowledge about meters, simcard installation , its configuration

The opportunity to learn and enhance your skills. Job security is very good. 5 day working if your are working with NPD. Work life balance is good.

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.
