...y insensitive towards employee. I would rather say not to work for this company. They will neither pay you but they will put pressure to complete there work. I have worked there for 5 yrs then also my 3 months salary, gratuity not paid and fnf not completed since 1 yr.

In this covid 19, the company has decided to laid off of employees including me. Our senior told us you will get your salary after 45 days, but now 3 months has passed, still we haven't get my pending dues. I am continiously following to them on mail also but they are not reverting me back nor receiving my call as well by senior manager.There has need to improve company management.

Opportunities at work are such that learning is Vast!! Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. The work environment is good, as people working with SecUR are great!!

SecUR is facing big-time salary issues. they are facing these issues from Oct 2018 and till date, it is not resolved. Due to this reason, a lot of employees have turned negative and are not left with any other option than to quit. They also hired a lot of employees and after realizing that their business is not growing, the company's management started sacking the employees from Associate to Manager level. Employee career is on the stake, as management sacks employee without any prior intimation, so no Job security. Career growth is slow.

Too much delay of Salary by 2 months, No increment even after working for more than 1.5 years,No job securities you will be fired anytime for a silly error, They will deduct your PF amount from your salary but not add in your EPFO account as your PF number and UAN number will not be generated, and the HR department is totally rude, they don't have the sense to how to talk with the Employees, they deducts your salary each time if you're late more than 3 times, and totally u supportive.
