It's a really great company overall, but my job kept me focusing all the day, with much intraction with employees or customers. I enjoy working in projects, but i like the intracting with people too, which is why the job appeals to me so much..

Dislikes

One of the reason I'm leaving is that I felt, I was not challanged enough at the job.As a new employee in the working world, the company offered me a grast opportunity for a good entry level position- one that I'll always greatful for. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I wasn't able to reach my full optential because of a real lake of challenge. There was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company, I feel my skill set can be better utilized esewhere, where my capabilities are more rocognized and there is the oppertunity for growth.
