...products and policies online. Products are of top quality and reasonably priced. Salary is at par with industry and variable pay like incentives are higher than industry standards. Insurance policies are also way better than industry standards with even maternity benefits being covered. Education sponsorship has also been introduced for children of employees. Organisation has been growing rapidly and my future seems bright.

Dislikes

Organisation can do much better if non performers and casual employees are corrected at the earliest.

Salary on time but senior can hold any time without reason

Bahut Ganda atmosphere hai Jaipur or Rajasthan Mai tanasahi chalti hai man kare tab terminate kar sakte higher management not support. Ajmer hq par emp ka accident hone ke bad usko duty join karne ke liye force karna chay hi woh chalne ki halat m na ho or immediately terminate

I will say that it's among few companies,which care about its employees. It more than company,its family where each members play it's role with honesty and integrity.

Dislikes

Due to shortages of goods many times it hurts in competitive world.
