I never say about company is not good. (SDU name was very attractive.) There is no job security & no benifit for employees, unsatisfied appraisals, unsatisfied hike salary & every year bonus also.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...o and don't spoil ur career, totally unprofessional management and work culture. They have not paid my salary and TADA ,even they are not able to give a F&F. totally worst satisfaction

sdu bavareges it is the best company in bavareges sector, to the best of my knowledge because this is my second baverges worked company, and sdu team supported to me all times , and spicial thanks to my hyderabad team , because we we r working like a family ..and not a workers like a woners , and spicial thanks to sdu and recibo teams , thanks for given this opportunity ,

no... but i faced some problems' in market 1, quality issues more then times 2,stock not available in season time,s 3,no branding anverness less then 50% in market 4, no sceemes to distributers for bulk purches 5, employees requtment problam in city,
