The one thing about the company is that , the salary would be credited on time but the work-life balance is not there . Most of the times they have meetings , but some are unnecessary meetings that can be avoid but still manager insist to join the call.

I observe that even after putting efforts and providing quality of work on time, Most of the cases your team leader or manger is not satisfied with it or they just simply neglect the effort of the employee and dont offer any appraisal to the employee

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest cloud technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of team that markets reliable, high-quality prpductand has a global client base

Dislikes

Compensation and growth are decent. Every Individual receives a token of appreciation of performance of an employee is good

Likes

I can manage my professional and personal life balance - I believe each and everyone feel the same. Everything works as per the designed process. HRG team is always supportive and responsive. Our team manager is excellent and I'm glad working under him and learning the management skills by seeing him and his work.

Dislikes

I think it's a good company. Just adding one thing to this is to expand their business so that they can hire more employees being an MNC placed in over more than 28 locations.

Favouritism, Growth and recognition only for people who are good with managers, irrespective qualification in terms of knowledge, talent , experience. Recognised only at the time of quitting as you are essential for the team but not up front. No growth on technically or in any aspects.
