Company culture is not totally good as in they treat North and South Indians separately. Managers give more importance to North Indians only in terms of opportunities. *This is the main reason that I decided to leave this company*

I was released from the project without any valid reason. There was no discussion between me and my manager regarding why he wanted me to release from the project. He just took the decision and released me and after few months sdg laid me off from the company

No job security , Old employee behave with new joiner very bad , abusive language is been used for female employees . Before joining this company I saw many review about the company that Its a desi company and all, thought its differ person to person but actually those comments were correct for the company, its my mistake to join this company after watching such review already.
