Not having appraisal if you will not work day and night. No work life balance. Managers Thinks if employees will work on weekends they can complete the work. And if you will resign HR will not ask the reason. If you don’t have personal life you definitely join this company.

Company is good in engaging third party to create fake reviews whether here or in Glassdoor. Few proofs and facts: 1. There is no Sales executive in India of this company overall there is no such department. 2. Look for previous reviews, company has no projects except .NET and they are putting fake reviews of Java. So HR is extremely good in putting fake reviews with their PR team. HR is best department where they are very busy to not even talk to employees at all. Keep it up!

Highest Management and HR should work on engaging employees and addressing their concerns. They threaten you if you put "Open to work" on linkedin. They are reaping hardwork for few other people and claiming as theirs, probably thats the organizational culture as well. HR should be people centric rather than own instagram centric. How can they go on stage and take credit our others work? Better training plans should be in place for all associates including HR as well. Performance cycle was awful. If you have concerns and want to no improvement plans then managers and HR do not help. Just ask them one successful example. Ist a show business for management and HR team. No new projects are coming. US CEO is no more with company and new CEO came in, Senior Director also left organization, senior SAs left organization. Only join if you have excellent communication in English, can follow "yes boss, Yes HR" culture, dont have technical skills to work.

Company is very good in making fake reviews. It was great place to work till 2023. When the new guy from US took the charge, everything went bad. He is not able to find and get the projects for the company. In 2026, you may see only that guy in this company. Every people are searching outside and once the IT market is up, nobody will work here.

Dislikes

There is no job security - Once your work is over then they will say bye bye. Rude behavior of some people. No vision. Trainings - They will ask you to learn new technology in one week and they will keep changing the trainings. Few people don't know what is the role of them in this company. They are thinking that creating ppt and presenting it as a very big thing. Nobody has the guts to say anything to the US guy, they are just dummy. Advice to the management - Try to appoint some sales guys and get the projects.
