Rigorous journalism, no frills, no rumour mongering, no sensationalism. Good work environment. Very cooperative and friendly team and good, understanding bosses. Good employee policies of leave, weekly offs and easy timings (just 7 hours a day except on politically crucial days like elections). Very helpful HR. One of the places of choice if you are a heavily left-leaning journalist.

Dislikes

Lack of growth and work can be monotonous. Limited salary though appraisals are regular. You might feel that the environment does not match your political instincts, even if you are left of center. The company does not encourage viewpoint diversity as much as it encourages other kinds of diversity. Those who do not heavily lean left mostly keep their views to themselves.

Likes

It has brilliant work life balance. Additionally they are pretty chill attitude with employees is cherry on the cake.

Dislikes

Not sure if this is the official policy but Scroll media largely relies on references for hiring. This is bit discouraging for outsiders.
