... 1. Favouritism, old people will be more favourite. 2. Lack of appreciation. 3. Very less salary, freshers will be hired in less salary and will be given the work load by seniors and will pressurise the freshers. 4. Never expect much in salary increment. Trust me its terrible. You will be insulted if you ask for increment. 5. Lacks in cafeteria and facilities. 6. Seniors are spy. Never talk about the management in front of them otherwise you will face politics. 7. No separate space for parking. 8. No challenging projects. You will be working on the same thing repeatedly. After a ample amount of time, there wont be anything new to learn. 9. You will be asked to work on saturdays. No extra compensation for the working saturdays and also salary will be deducted for any reasons which is outside the boundaries of policies. Tip to the management - Please trust the employees and pay them for the work they do. People also do have personal life to sustain and personal time to spend. Also have a fixed policies, don't do anything which is not mentioned under the policies. Freshers Engineers arent meant to be hired in 7k to 10k. Pay some respectable amount Tip to the freshers - Dont stay for too long, try switching the companies within a year and half or two. Avoid getting to friendly and get familiar. Getting too friendly will make you think from leaving the organisation. Try to maintain the package : experience proportion. Package should be directly proportional to the exp.

When I joined, I was inexperienced, but now I can confidently say that this company has helped me to develop my technical skills, logical thinking abilities, and much more. they have given me the confidence to work, and I have had many opportunities to showcase my talent. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to grow both personally and professionally.

No proper work management no one will listen to what you have to say. Other bad side is office politics which the upper management is also turning the blind eye.

You will Learn alot. Better for freshers who want to evolve. If you get selected Keep learning. Some peoples were too nice and supportive. They follow Indian culture. As a fresher I can suggest It's is good company. Read dislikes too.

Nice people already left the company. Now such ppls remaining who are fav to manager. Too much Office politics. No future goals. Less project and more ppls. Learn office politics,drink,smoke if u wanna stay here.Best luck 👍

I was associated with this company for 2 years and wasn't ready to leave but due to some personal problems, I had to leave the job. Personally, If I compare myself to when I joined I knew nothing, and today I can proudly say that I am capable enough to work independently and can guide a few others as well. Lots of opportunities were there and I grabbed a few of them like leading a team at the earliest and getting the support of seniors to grow personally as well as professionally. Here you will get flexible working hours. Great company culture. As it is a growing company you will get to work on all the latest technologies and they do appreciate employees on monthly basis. Do have team outings(The company's 5th anniversary - outing location was Goa for 4 days), and one-day outings are also there. Overall, I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
