Except few employees and CEO, I won't find anything good. They are only supporting and behaving well. If you are a fresher and you to learn things then you can join, but you will have to give all time of yours.

... hrs, no timing, anytime you will be said to work. No hikes and no good package. They have deducted 30-35% from salary in Covid-19.

I didn’t like the work culture any bit , the higher authority like to micromanage even the senior employees

One of the worst thing that I have come across while working here was the HR management and her lack of knowledge what she is doing , no proper acknowledgment and updates

Working at ScriptBees is like working on your own company. Management treats employees very well and all process is transparent. And Company always work with cutting edge technologies so there is a plenty of room to gain technical knowledge. Biggest advantage is that no politics - Even CEO is open to listen to your ideas as well as your pain and gains over the projects.

As technically company is very strong still need to work on the managerial aspects when comes to project management.

Yes it's a very good company and the work environment is very good. The most I like about this company is that the motivations we get from the company's CEO. He's very good and very motivating person.
