...is a lie, which she bluntly tells, showing her skills of becoming a politicians. She arranges meetings and cuts the salary of employees. Secondly, she hired the most incompetent qc and tl. Saheli Basu, one of the qc of the organisation hesitates to communicates with writers. She is incompetent even in grammar understanding. She is unware of the topic and make comments bluntly. I feel pity for the company as she can soley responsible for driving the clients out. She knows how to make complaint against writers to HR or in better words Snehila Mukherjee to whom she shares a freindship. She arranges meetings and gives nonsense reasons to deduct salary or in her words NPL. She is an utterly nonsense, ill-mannered woman. If she feels the writer have great knowledge, which happens most of the time rest assure she is coming for you. Saheli Basu doesn't have a sense of giving comments and she targets writers without no reason. I can't say any bad words because it can't meet her toxicity level. Finally, TL! (Ayan Mondol and Abbu something). You have to work in this company to know about their level of incompetency. Believe me you will feel all incompetent individuals working in a company to showcases their high level incompetency. I mean it. If you didn't do anything and even you are not aware about what is happening then definitely they put you infront to save their role. The HR team is utterly incompetent because they understand the whole scenario but finally follow the dirty game of Snehila Mukherjee. Another thing, qc more specifically, Saheli Basu, that brainless people thought writers are astrologers without communication they will understand everything. So if you are thinking of joining this company, at least complete your astrology degree to handle these sick, brainless and spineless people. If you want mental peace and work life balance along with salary then don't join this company. Worst company I have ever worked within my 8 years of professional career

...er them as a political group of hierarchies with no respect for content writers. They strategize and hire you and then pressurize you to leave your job or rather terminate you without paying you the salary you have worked for. They make you work for 45 days and pay you only for 7 days saying that it is in their terms and conditions. A total waste of time and energy for writers, please don't join this fraud company. Corrupt HRs and totally corrupt team leaders and QC especially Mrs Poulomi, Mrs Monisha are the worst TL and QC. If they aim at targeting you, they will do anything to terminate you. You do not have any freedom of keeping your own opinions in this company, they find it insulting to their posts. The company staff in hierarchy do not have the basic knowledge of content writing and often misguide you. If you tend to follow standards of writing, they will personally insult you. Very bad work culture. Refrain from joining the company they don't have capital and hire writers to just to make them work for free. Extreme politics can make you excel in this company. The pay is given based on how well you align with the company's fraud policy. TLs are trained to pressurize you and make you feel worthless as a writer. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH TO BE INTACT.

...ling to ruin their lives and career then Scribletopia is the best place to join. The company can't even afford to pay the employees and their hiring procedures continue for 365 days. No wonder no employee wants to remain associated with the company.

Work culture to payments ( which you have to beg for every time), unnecessary work demands where employees had to stay back till 11pm at night. I mean I will have a meltdown just by narrating the experiences. And it's not just me lol. There isn't probably a single employee who has a good thing to say about the company.

No work life balance. In salary part they are getting rich by not dispatching salary of the deserving employees who literally worked for them. Perfectly worst organisation I have ever visited.
