Don't join here. It's a very harmful place for work. Old employees bully and harrass new employees and upon it if you complain to the floor HR (Niranjan Varma) and Manager Miss.Kiran Thakur, who's working for a long time. That HR will in return join with the old bully employees and give fake complaints to the management and get you terminated. Management and HR is biased and illegal. They blindly trust HR and old employees without knowing their true intentions and put me more into trouble after raising complaint against a harasser and made me intentionally sit beside the harasser and bully to make me suffer. They use all personal attacks in the company. They also invited them to sit beside me to scare me more and not speak anything to normalise what happened and by blindly trusting the harasser and his friend HR or probably intentionally support them. They bring personal feelings into the company matters and act unprofessional. The manager Kiran although she's a female (lawyer), she joins the old employees and bullies the new employees especially if they are 'women' because she doesn't like other women. She is rude and her arrogant attitude towards women employees says it all. She gives extra power and leneance to the office peons/old HR/old employees. She does all these to avoid her loneliness in her personal life. They completely undoubtedly take the old employees side no matter what and how important is your complaint. It's not even a company, they act like it's their home and put down other employees as per their convenience. Don't put your life at risk just for work experience or money. They'll at all costs protect the harasser/bullys' and not the victims. They have very low standards of thinking. They'll put you more into trouble. Be very careful. You'll have to run for legal support for protection. Please don't join here. I wouldn't post it so openly otherwise. Be very selective about people and companies. Few just run companies simply for gaining money and HR supports his friends at the cost of others pain and enjoy their sufferings openly in a noticeable manner. He thinks he's great after acting unprofessional. He doesn't possess one single quality to be a HR. They don't follow any company policies or law for their employees. DO NOT TOLERATE! They try maximum to supress the truth but don't be scared when you know you're in trouble. I've given an open and HONEST REVIEW! Thank you.
