Dislikes

1. Instead calling everybody to bridge for alcohol test. Capt can rdesignate one officer to take samples fm working place .....it will save so much of time and labour to ship's staff. I being a non drinker felt so much as my name appears in every test and I objected to the company and then they decide their action. 2. Calling to bridge for every silly matters are troublesome . Weekend meeting and drill is understood and Very much essential. Some important mssg can be planned accordingly and produce that time. For a 15minutes meeting ...the ship loose 1hr time.as this is the mind set of people that ...they get ready and be stndby for those 15 mnts.How can the pms be completed.
