I have already released from scorg consultancy due to salary issues, we got only 20% of our salaries due to covid, faced financial issues due to lockdown.

One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a new employee in the working world , the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry leave position . However after being there for so many years , I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I Admin department HR team while with the company , I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere,where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
