Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

SEB is one of those companies who never make any hurdle for learners and always nurture the talents.

Dislikes

Since Oil market has fallen down drastically and monorail concept is also new worldwide therefore SEB is having very less project in book of account. Mumbai Monorail they are executing current with consortium partner L&T for state government body as customer (MMRDA). Project has been delayed by more than 7 years and Indian politics and may say failure of SEB projection on Indian scenario specially in count of delays. Every one including media also blaming SEB. Where as due to political untestability Brazil project is also stuck. But due to delay of Mumbai Project and unfortunately most of the staffs took their own benefits and lack of senior management company is having bad face in market. Conclusion: Its my personal opinion company is having hard time but its a real fact SEB is one of the most employee reliable organisation.
