The main thing that I like here is the positive work environment where I feel valued, respected, and supported. And the second best thing is regarding personal development. The company provides us with the opportunity for training, skill development, and career advancement.

Dislikes

I have yet to come across any aspects of the organization that I dislike. I have been working with the organization for more than 2 years and I can honestly say that I haven't encountered anything negative. It's been smooth sailing all the way.

I was a fresher when I joined SCMYUGA as an Intern with zero knowledge on SAP TM functionalities. Down the years I was given with lot of exposure to learn E2E functionalities of SAP TM and now I came capable enough to setup all kind of scenarios from End to End by my own. I have worked on mutltiple projects since last 3.5 years and have understood technical and business aspect of those. The work culture and worklife balance at SCMYUGA has been amazing since day one

SCMYUGA is giving more flexibility to employees in terms of learning and devlopment. Conducting external person sessions for knowledge building, mental stress and health for the employees. Overall it's work life balance here in SCMYUGA. Excellence 🤝
