SCM company is top 3rd position at tiruppur. We have to team work. The company provides good working infrastructure. But every month we have to followed same sequential work hence I can't learning innovative. They are provide hostel facilities for all kinds of employee's bus facilities available for days caller.

I would like to share here, In SCM garments IT team running strong records and each and every steps should follow by the system. There is no bypass.

Here I feel bad one thing, Everyone has a individual talent, here there is no talent hunt and promotion. We should continue minimum 10years to build up confidence.

All the days I worked there I felt hard because there was no proper management, no proper plans, not enough working people so the grievances could just keep piling up.

There are too many blood suckers I did not mention all the units some are in such bad condition. There will be no improvement but getting the job is easy

people who I'm work with they are great and they help me improve my skills I can see lot's of people who works hear are from different places and they all are so friendly me.

some times they will treat you like a slave and the work timing is not good food which they give in canteen is worst and is only about management
