My whole team and my immediate supervisor were very supportive and job timing was very convenient.

Dislikes

Salary and work life balance. 90% of the time they ask us to work even during weekends with no benefits.

Working Shift timing was suitable for working women and Leave taking also sufficient.

Major concern is Salary, they provide designation related job but they are not provide salary related to that designation and also without update designation in portal they ask to do that designated jobs.

1. Less work pressure. 2. Shift timings is very good. 3. Soft skill training is good. 4. Working environment is adaptable. 5. Quick learning skills.

Dislikes

1. Salary is very low. 2. Promotions is lacking 3. Cafeteria to be improved more. 4. Very low increment every year. 5. Cab facilities to be arranged. 6. Staff outings to be arranged.

Likes

Management is good. They are moving forward with a vision and are very down to earth in nature and support you.

Dislikes

Very bad salary structure, no matter how hard you work or approval or appreciation from the clients! You always get paid very low "it's like throwing away bread crumbs for pegeons". Work load given is huge!

Good company for freshers and you could learn lot about type setting process.

Dislikes

This company based on tamilnadu and you could not expect high salary growth and its not the company fault. Anyhow I will say i love my company .....
