Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work-Life balance is worst. Growth is only for very few people irrespective of good performance from others. Most important is they are cultivating a poor culture such as not giving respect to others.

Dislikes

...m mates, pulling each other down. Partiality and favouritism is seen a lot here. Honesty and hard work don't pay off. Compensation and hikes are not that good. Promotions are given to their harassment from managers.
