Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

...t a brain hembrage. I don't know on what basis company got best place of work. Coming to HR ,HR only knows to transfer salary and providing offer letter ,if there is any vacancy,KPIs all the things you have to do by your own , starting from search of candidates, interview, salary discussion, Finalisation. And if you decided to left the company then they will not give Full and final settlement and if you follow up then they torture you we will do this that. Coming to others department if you are working in spares team then logistics, accounts will have to handle on daily basis and if ask them what is logistics and accounts team responsibility then again you will have to be prepared for next war . Coming to work life balance,no any holiday for spares team if customers demand for 10pm ,11pm then you have to go office for material delivery,on holiday like Diwali ,Holi still you have to go to office for material delivery because no other department is responsible for delivery and if you deny then all the sales HOD , service HOD ,Spares HOD ,branch manager will start calling you and start giving you ultimatum for your last day of working. I'll not suggest anyone to join or not because unemployment is at high ,if you unemployed then you can try but if you settled in good place then definitely ask with some of employees those are working there through LinkedIn. It will be more helpful. Best of luck 🤞 for your search.
