As service engineer I dislike work management, manpower management, time management of the company. No self life, no future planning, no career growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In service line have too much trvling, and I can't do that.

This is Mnc company the overall experience is good any much more things here to learn. Only time factor is the key issue here. The less time can be given to personnel and family life as my work is as a service Engineer so no. Of sites work to be completed.

The growth is slow and the salary is less as compared to our work. As we are whole day busy for company work. Also the telephonic call customer problem solve on phone. So whole day and sometime nights also busy for customers. So overtime salary not provide by company.

Here only support Tamil people ,here only good position or special increment given only for tamil people and bengal girls side more perciality .More hard working and more production given after star performance only given tamil people side it's very bad to me .
