Teammates are ok.. no problem but salary/appraisal is very bad with lots of Politics, since I have worked for around 4 years there were no any recognises for anykind of best job, work life is not professional. Lots of Politics at my direct reporting level.. but at HOD level it was actually good but I were don't have access to communicate with them of limitations

Since I worked with SKPL for 4 year,. I started with salary 8k per month after three years my salary was just 11.5k, they have given reason that company is just started new project that's why increment is so low.. but what does that mean where I am giving 100% but there is no any good compensation. About new projects and etc.. I really proud that my company growing on the same way company should think about thier well performers.

There is no burden of work. Work life balance is good. Leaves given by company to employee per year rate is good.

Dislikes

Salary is very low for engineer. Management is also not so good. No any appreciation for work. No further any improvement for engineer.

Compensation is not good and growth is average too. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to take calls for production and material related activities.

Is not the worst company but the management,especially my department ,is full of absolute hell.it’s not about work skills here.it’s about how well you serve your superior’s -fill bottles,bring them snacks ,and even ask their permission before taking any leave . The sap assistant title is a joke it exist only in this company and is completely anonymous outside better you work in BPO atleast you can find better job option nd high salary. Nd HR ? Woww… they are literally gosts .they have only one goal filling their own pockets.they don’t know what is happening in company because visiting or taking to production people’s is apparently too “low profile” for them . The ‘power of so-called patel” runs this company .

It's like syndicate of old employees who are ruling new employees and sitting idle for whole day and making juniors to work for them, I leaned a lot what to do.in my job culture but after coming here I learned a lot that what not should be done when u t working in such companies
