Faculty is just for show off. Faculty makes students sure that they are godly people i.e. the faculty blows their trumpet such students also follow The same mentality. The attitude levels of faculty towards students is unfair. Few faculty have goon background. So they rule indirectly. College atmosphere supports faculty-student physical relationships. Being a relatively new institute, SPA Bhopal is still under development in terms of it's knowledge bank & expertise. The academicians are still settling down in their profession & the lack of professional maturity due to limited exposure & experience curtails the scope of development & growth. The capacity to balance academic & consultative responsibilities will only come with time & the experience gained there in.
