The organization allows freedom to tryout new techniques of teaching and learning. Very open culture with no hierarchical pressures. Great learning opportunities through workshops, industry participation and consulting assignments. Great exposure to international faculty.

Dislikes

As an academic I have no dislikes. Yes, we have to take responsibility of student development and that can, at times, eat into your private time.
