There is no transportation fees charged, Canteen food is ok (manageable), The campus is good(clean)

Dislikes

A institution with lot of politics and political motives. Who are close to management can survive and for others it is very difficult. Like s/w companies here too, faculties are asked to resign and assign a reason which may not be applicable/irrelevant to the candidate. Lot of work stress. Faculties are asked to do a lot of non-academic jobs. Very worst place to build career. HODs are playing lot of politics. Employees are rash and unfriendly. A person in trouble is treated very badly rather than helping him. No work life balance. I suggest people not to join this institution. Through students, a targetted faculty might suffer such as getting poor feedback, bad behaviour from collegues, often the employee is scolded badly in meetings by higherups.

I liked the work place and my colleague and senior faculty's are good. Here i have an work life balanced. Its an open to innovation and adopts the latest technology for students and as well as to Faculty's.
