I loved the fact that there was no hierarchy in the organization. Everyone was treated equally. Everyone addressed each other with their names. Use of titles like 'sir' or 'ma'am' was discouraged.

...rking hours. Every day I used to work 11 sometimes 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Accordingly, the salary was abysmally low. Moreover my efforts were never acknowledged if not appreciated.

Schooglink Pvt Ltd gives me the ownership to work freely and there is no boss culture here. Everyone is boss here. This the best place to work and I am enjoying. Everything is best .

In my 14 month tenure here I don't feel any bad thing . As this is a start-up , need some vertices .

There is no Dedicated HR in the organization. Every thing is utterly disorganized. The seniors like not trained in management practices and seriously lack the competence to take the management forward.

The job is kind of boring. Little to no learning experience. If you like challenges and it's not the place for you.
