Very bad work culture due to biasness of top management, lobby works better there than performance,no job security,hr is just a puppet

Biasness of top management,hr doesn't know how to do appraisal,poor salary,lack of job security,top management does not understand what is the market trend,poor product development,too much pressure on sales team,poor increment

Reading program and book fair and book club is the good Tools of the scholastic.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues. Salary is even not decent career growth is so terrible.

I like to work with this organization in future because of their work culture . i am very much satisfied about company higher post staffs they are very helpful . may covid 19 take out our future growth but I believe that if I could continue with this organization may I can lead a better life . I love this company.

School is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. The place is full of learning. Working environment is nice. Have individual value.

Dislikes

Politics is everywhere,so can't help out with that. Salary is an issue. Teammates are nice at own work but of course politics is again there.
