very good work environment & so much nice place to learn ,skill development. in one line i can say that, Schneider is focus with his employee good work life.. i want to say thanks for that person , who makes work policy of company. a healthy , safe environment.. take care of employee heath. Till time I never got a 20 minute healthy breakfast in any company like Schneider. one more thing , you will see doing kaizen is real way by management . and one more thing, there was ,you no need to do extra work, at shift end, all are free, if any work pending then you will get overtime, and doing overtime its depends on you not company . no paper wastage, very well 5s by team only few point dislike by all, which i will mention below

salary not much good... but i can say that who love work environment better instead of very much salary , then salary is enough for this person. second is rudrapur ( Uttarakhand ) plant have now less work, due to company not started production of other product, i want to suggest company management that you have to start and invest production of new product with keeping your policy and work science,

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Compensation is decent but work pressure is very high. Client calls in the night. So I want to move another company especially in abroad

...es employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.

They don’t have respect for their hardworking and experience employees. Instead they believe more on freshers GET and give more opportunities and Salary to Them.

Operators category employees getting work life balance, good salary benefits. And leaves.

Dislikes

Here for Operators category is getting very good salary and other benefits, as well as top most management getting good befit and composition. But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.
