But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.

Culture. What they highlight to public is not happening inside the organization. This organization is not fit for freshers but very good for veterans. Hardly very few managers groom freshers. It all depends on manager. HR never listen to grievances. They listen to managers. The one who makes grievances are thrown out. Company value only veterans.
