...re. Provides deep knowledge on work process,colleagues are very much supportive. Almost company runs through contract labours who will get less than 15k salary. New joiners will be more salary than the older ones. No increments for contract labours must and should complete thier contract period with first ever decided salary. Exactly 8 hrs of work.

For contract labours will cut more money than onrole for canteen food facility. Transportation is only provides for selected people

Management supports learning culture and welcomes new ideas and suggestions. Excellent leave policy. Company stock options is a stopper for attrition. Good insurance options are available and focus is given on mental health as well. A multicultural environment providing good exposure to various sites in multiple countries. Options to internal job change after 3 years.

Dislikes

Poor compensation compared to market standard. New joinee may get more pay than en existing employee with similar exp. Promotions are difficult to get as many seniors work in the same role for 6+ years. The cost of transport and food has increased considerably. A six-day workweek is a little hectic.

No as such to like about in comparison to other MNCs not so great culture. Very Poor company when it comes to employee engagement, investments. No job security

Dislikes

Charged for cab and food. For every new initiative first employee needs to invest money from their own pockets and then a lot of approvals required. HR is not that great.

Schneider electric given a good work environment and I learned so new things how to obey company rules and regulations and safety rules and how to behave in company.then learned about how interact with customer
