Compensation is good but growth is management's decision. All decisions are taken by BUVP neglecting opinion of other very senior people. Many appreciation mails from channels/customers got overlooked by BUVP while deciding performance during appraisals. I do not suggest long term association with this company especially once you cross 35 of your age.

no salary increase, work pressure is very high, no growth, more politics, worst work culture, no entertainment, no free transport, no free food, no team outings, no option for taking other food,

Good team work, Timely release of salary & expenses, award time to time to motivate employee, got respect from colleagues and seniors at all. lot of technical and official knowledge gain, best quality products manufactured by Schneider Electric, training programmes conducted time to time to innovation and latest technology. high level of customer`s satisfaction, high level of behaviour with employees and customer also.

...TO core engineering from last 3 years. I start my proffesional career with SEIL.Though I am permanent employee,my salary structure is very poor from the starting of my job.I am not satisfied with my salary at all.

I was hired when I was 35 yrs, gave my best and always had performer rating and sometimes excellent, stayed there for 11 years and got only 1 promotion. HR will not review ur case in ur favour.
