New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There is no micro management. No politics

Dislikes

...employees who are permanent. Rest are on contract. The employees culture is bad. Can't form friends at work as they keep comparing salary. Even if eligible for leaves, we can't take as there are very less people. The employees have to interact constantly with the workers even . So the work culture becomes poor The company cringes on spending money on essentials. So washrooms are bad there are days with no supply . Even to buy anything we have to do it ourselves as the purchase team is bin existent

Company takes huge delay in taking decisions. Especially where cost is concerned.no training is provided. As it's a growing company, not many manpower available. So most of the time we have to wear multiple hats. This delays project delivery
