IT is a small company but provides lot of learning opportunities.Compensation was best in industry.

Their was lot of politics specially because of Indian managers.The CEO is very hard working and full of confidence but the managers under him are pathetic.

There are few managers in the company who are taking disadvantage of their authority, they do gender biased appraisal. They also harass employee because of their personal reasons and grudges. HR should be more proactive regarding employees rights and well-being.HR should highlight the politics from the different team to higher management and control it. And to know the politics HR should do the assessment on appraisal ratings and amount from the same team and highlight the difference which is based on gender
