SCA Health is a good company but the Team leader politics are the worst. The upper level is totally influenced by the people who are not good for company. Team leads are totally unprofessional and they do not how to treat with employee. The behaviour of Team lead specially ( Tarun Sharma) he just totally unprofessional and ruin your career and he interested in employee personal life. So before joining SCA make sure you are going to be frustrated for till the time you in company.

Everything is best in here, it's been more than six years working with SCA but i have never heard this much good culture and benefits anywhere. I love SCA and it's really fortunate to work with SCA. No other company can beat appraisal, benefits and culture of SCA.
