This is my first company and luckily i was blessed with such a great team and R.O, ever since i have joined this company i have learned as well as experience a lot of new things.

No dislikes but just a suggestion they should provide diwali bonus even to fresher's and organise more events to build a healthy environment as well as there will good relationship among managers well as employees.

Job security is too good comparing with other companies and provide increment is good and not in proper every year.Working environment is good company policies better to resolve employee problems

Dislikes

The management policy is employee working on some project they are getting salary, without project the company does not make any things about employee care. In covid period we are facing too much of struggles and also high level management pressure imposition to employee.

There is lot of politics and completely not satisfied with salary we are really struggling for our needs&benefits in SBL but we get nothing not even a weekend holidays... 24*7 wrk but no proper pay.. We juz coming and working like machine

Worst company to work for. Don't pay the salaries on time. Salary date is on 5th of every month. If 5th falls on Friday, then it will extend to next Monday. The reason given is, CEO not available to sign the chque. There are scenarios where the salaries are not paid. Associates are expected to work daily for 12 hrs minimum, Including weekends and holidays with no holiday allowance. We will be asked to travel to Kerala office, for which we need to look after our expenses. Company will not pay or delay the payments when we claim. Not worth for even a single "star".

Job security is not here.Work culture is good for an extend.Work culture is not fair.Company policies are good and followed up.

Dislikes

Deducted 30% Salary of the employees during covid-19 situation.Terminated many employees as a part of covid-19. Job security is not there.One who show off can withstand.Dedicated staff have no value.
