...hen it will come in their mind that they want to reduce cost they will fire you. Forget about firing employees they fire there office boy by ( seriously from office boy's salary how can someone reduce cost) please don't join this pathetic organisation

I don't like any thing about SBICAP Trustee it one of the worst organisation I came across.

There is no job security they can fire you within one month of your joining even if you are on payroll of the company forget about the contract. Company is run by one individual. If your mental health is important for you please avoid joining this company. They will not provide you KRA but they can provide you notice of termination by saying your performance is below acceptable standard and after issuing notice they will ask there managers to prepare a KRA. hahaha they run a organisation like comedy circus. There is a long list of cons but can't mention everything here.

I dislike Sbi Cap Trustee whole as an organisation. They don't employee talent they employee options Because to them no matter what your experience or stature is ,you are that. They will mandatorily ask you to buy laptop and then they will fire you in just one month and then they will fire you and ask you to pay from your own pocket. Organization is run by one individual CFO of the company. He thinks he is the owner of Sbi Cap trustee and CEO thinks all employees are mad and sick they don't deserve the position he wants to fire everyone.
