Job security is there in SBI Life and salary does come on time. They pay you good salary and career growth prospective is great.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. 12 hours a day and 7 days a week you are working. Everyone is just passing the parcel. People working on lower to mid level are working the hardest and they are not appreciated for it. Company IT is not so good. Hou will be scolded even if you meet the targets.

Good work experience. good team.compeny policies r good.good salary hike and bonus every year. More ever 2 years aggreement bond process was good I liked it.

Career growth is low.new joiners they need training it's important that company not providing.management thay have to abserv the issues

Working culture is very good, promotion is performance based so one don't depend on boss favors, salary is best in industry, we get sufficient leaves

Training is that good it is more like a formality,during March we need to work late hours.

I am working from last 8 year but my salary is very low. If someone working is in other companies and they switched from there to here they are getting good CTC. If you are working in good location and if your assign branch and branch manager is good so you can get promotion but if you not working in good location or your assign branch is not good it's very deficit to get promotion.

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.
