No growth and promotion No good salary Not ethical practices followed. Your boss treat you like slave... Officially as per HR policy every Saturday is off... But you have to work on each Saturday as per your boss. Nothing to learn .

Salary on time. Banca channel target goes on auto mode if you have good relationship with managers.

Dislikes

Overloaded targets, terrible managers. Considering Insurance sectors, plenty of works in your working time.Unwanted VCs by senior that can disturb your work flow each day. Salary is very less compared to other companies.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike , incentives and bonus every year

It my pleasure to work with Reputed company like SBIG, As we grow old here we learn soo many things about banking as,it's very friendly atmosphere to work there .

Here we see lot of ups and downs and unhappy with Salary hike ,and Soo much off technical issues ....and when things start going gud tat time only company doo one or other changes..... that will impact soo much

... helped me for booking businesses and other time, the management is transparent. Appraisal are also fair, but some places I demotivate due to my salary and expenses incentives. Appraisals are fair by management.

Salary is soon poor related to job, it means working time is alot but salary is low. How can I submit my expenses from joining date to till today I am unable to submit my expenses and not sure it will approve or not. Incentives are made on the basis of budgets, my salary is very low I can not manage my family expenses from my salary what should I do. But I like this job because I am with a brand SBI General Insurance and happy with my work.
